Refund Policy

At On Course Services we strive to give you what you pay for.

1. Refunds of 100% will be given for all trips cancelled before departure by us

      (for safety reasons due to weather no matter when the cancellation happens.)

2. Refunds of 50% for all trips after time of departure that have to return to the dock for safety reasons due to weather wih an otion to book another day for 50% discount.

2.Refund schedule for all trips cancelled by the customer is as follows:

     1. For cancellations up to 24 hours before scheduled time of departure: 100%

     2. For cancellations between 24 hours and 2 hours : 75%

     3. For Cancellations between 2 hours and time of departure: 50%
